neutralize bad cholesterol

http://www.realage.com/tips/neutralize-ldl-with-this-party-snack

I get emails from realage regularly, and don't usually read them, but this one is particularly good.

Almonds are even more amazing than what I originally believed.

I have been eating gluten regularly for over a month now. This gluten does not contain any MSG or soy or preservatives, though. It is homemade.
I have also been making a large effort to eat very little foods that contain MSG.
I don't feel weighed down by what I am eating right now, so it must be that when they combine MSG (or when MSG is created in processing) with normally healthy foods, it turns into something bad all around.

xlicea.com is gone now.
I did not renew the domain name.

Baby portobello mushrooms do not have vitamin D, but adult portobello mushrooms do.

msg..

When I went on the GF/CF diet, I thought that they were the cause of me to feel "dumbed down" and so stressed...
But I'm beginning to believe that it was the monosodium glutamate. Perhaps the combo of the two or three is worse, but MSG alone can cause me to be unable to think clearly and process information in a timely fashion.

To combat MSG and my still slight addiction to it, I soak in epsom salt at least once a day, I have started drinking a minimum of one Synergy drink (Kombucha tea) each day (if you drink one full bottle it has 40% of your DV for vitamin B6 (among many, many other things) and this helps deplete the MSG). I believe that soaking in ES helps replenish my body with any magnesium that the MSG depleted.

I still feel certain that one day I'll be able to organize all of my thoughts about this stuff enough to have the information placed, in an organized fashion, on a website. We shall see.

honey & food coloring.

I recently learned that honey contains b-vitamins, magnesium, and calcium.

And then, last night I read about FD & C Yellow No. 5 & Red No. 3.
They're both made from coal tar.

magnesium and my current diet

http://www.ithyroid.com/magnesium.htm
It's always good to find more information on magnesium. It opens up new doors.

I recently discovered a store in Gadsden that sells gluten-free products. They also sell organic dairy products.. etc.
Upon obtaining a place of workage, my dietary habits that were working so well (esp gluten-free) eventually went away, due to extreme hunger issues. When I started eating gluten again, even if it was just once a day, I didn't notice an extreme affect on my moods in the way that I noticed it when I first went on the diet. Over time, though, I know that the gluten built up inside of me (this is between now and Jan. 26), because I went through a period of being unable to eat very much at one time, or in one day..
I realize that I'm only under the stress that gluten causes within me, not stress that is actually really there. (does gluten=stress?)
