it appears that fresh fruits & veggies and nuts are the way to go..
oh, and beans.
and occassional meat, hopefully organic and grass-fed..
Here I will attempt to have discussions with myself and I will also post information that I believe *I* will find useful at some point in time. My main areas of interest in this blog are: Asperger's/Fragile X syndrome, diet/nutrition, torticollis, and my other health problems that I believe I have mostly due to not receiving the proper vitamins and minerals in my daily diet. I am working to reverse these things or at least, fix them in some way, via only diet. This is my adventure.
